The job that I requested was completed, well pump installation, at the price agreed upon. Unfortunately due to the age of the well, and systems in the house, additional work had to be completed. Although I did have to call another company to finish that work, Tom, the owner of Ben Franklin, worked with me on final price of his job, and we came to an agreement on final price of his work, which was fair. Tom was fair and the customer service deserves a mention. Although I did recommend this company, I do wish that I required Tom to personally view the job, as I did everything over the phone with him. If you decide to use this company, you should ask for a plumber, to view the job site, prior to accepting a bid, things probably would have went smoother if that had occurred.

Had coil cleaning on furnace, liquid spattered on walls, appliances, ceiling and stove pipe. Started with one leak and when he left had several. And very expensive. My advise do not use
