Awesome work. Had a oil heated water heater that two plumbers stated (without much inspection) that needed to be replaced. Tom from Benjamin Franklin came out on short notice and told me "This can be saved' . Did a great job !! Saved the water heater and saved me $2000. Great experience with a plumber. How many times can you say that ?

Made an appointment with a 4 hour window then didn't show up. Called them and they said the guy was on his way, but 45 minutes later still didn't show up. Their slogan is "the punctual plumber", ha!

They were prompt, professional, courteous everything you can ask for in a Pro. They quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it even quicker. The job they did was excellent and I would have given more stars if they were available. TO PAY $600 FOR SUMP PUMP IS TOO MUCH. In home depo the metal sump pump cost around $150. I asked the guy could we install just from home depo. He said his company installs only its sump pump. It was was emergency why I agreed for this expensive sump pump. Maybe it's good for industry but not for single family house. i think the guy just used our emegency to earn some money. Never again with this company. Take off from your list this company-they too stingy.
