Thanks again for answering all my questions and explaining how the system works and listening to what I had to say. Stephen
He was here for most of the day. Everything that he did do he showed us what was goung on.
Very easy to work with on scheduling and was on time to quote my project.
Jason came out on a Friday evening to fix our water heater. He was pleasant and informative. Benjamin Franklin is a bit more cost than other plumbing companies but worth it to get the job done quickly and well done. Great over and above service.
The job was done quickly and efficiently. and also cleaning up any mess. I would highly recommend
Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is easy to work with. Because they are a premier company the cost of service is high but they do stand behind their service. I was concerned about the water heater anode since the water heater is 8 years old. The technician asked about the water coming from the water heater and smells or colorization of the hot water. It was decided the anode is fine at this time. Due to my flushing the water heater every 6 months that probably will extend the life of the anode. The technician, whose name was Jacob, asked about any other plumbing issues I knew about that might needed attention. I was given estimates for making the needed repairs by email in the early afternoon. They do good work but expect that it will cost more than some plumbing companies.
They quoted my job before starting with several options & completed what they told me they would. Replaced/Rebuild fill valve & flapper 295.00 They scheduled me the day after I called, I was happy to get in that quick during a holiday season.
Redirected sump pump drain line.
Overall a very good experience
