Write a ReviewThey actually waived the Service trip charge and then gave several estimates to do the work. I then scheduled the work to be done when I had enough money to cover the cost plus I was given a $25 coupon for my next service!
I would like to pay by the hour. Not 350.00 for 0.5 hours work and 32.00 worth of parts.
Excellent service and cs., but seemed high priced for simple projects.
The technician, Joshua, was very informative about the work that needed to be done, the estimated price, and the amount of time it would take to complete the job. The price was very fair as we took advantage of an advertised special. Oh, and the work is warranted for 2 months.
I contacted Ben Franklin to winterize the plumbing in a vacant building. They weren't able to get access to one of the spaces due to the key not working. Instead of charging us for services (since the job was small), they instead gave us instructions on how to properly winterize. This saved us some money which is always appreciated...thank BF!
Faulty parts purchased by myself from the Tap prevented them from completing the job.
They are a very professional company and have very strong technical and customer service skills. The only negative thing I could say is thet I had to request a invoice and receipt. I am a landlord and live out of state and requested this before the work was done but did not receive. When I called back and requested they provided quickly. Overall it was a very good experience dealing with this organization
Daniel Hobson was the service technician for Benjamin Franklin and his work and work attitude was exemplary. I would therefore recommend your service to everyone.

Did great, worked fast, I feel it was on the high side of pricing though. Especially with the "trip charge" which I hoped they would waive once I actually opted for the service.
