Salesman was not honest. Wrote sizes down after we signed, telling us they were part numbers. When we saw the size the shower floor would be, we told the Installer to stop. He made arrangements to get larger size and threw in a few extras so we would let him continue with the installation. Extras not necessary, but TRUTH is.

Customer Service Rep (Dan) who came out to do the estimate and consult was on time, polite, very thorough, and answered all questions. Installer (Brian) did a very nice job on installation of our new shower with a couple of minor issues which we now have to contend with since the contract says BF is not liable (some scratches on wooden bathroom door, marks on painted bathroom wall, and a few broken tiles in our other bathroom from vibrations from banging on the wall during installation). Installation was done in one day (8 AM-5 PM), cleanup was well done, installer was polite and friendly, and shower looks great and works beautifully.

The installer arrived late in the morning but finished the shower installation by the end of the day. The shower looked great and was installed well. Several weeks later when the custom shower doors arrived the two installers arrived very late in the day and seemed rushed. The doors had a problem and had to be re-ordered. The new doors seemed to also cause some problems and the installers again seemed rushed with no enough time to do the job well. The shower install seemed to be their expertise but the door installation wasn't as good.
