Paul was on time, efficient and great at clean up! I would recommend them to get a great job done. It feels like I have a new bathroom;)!

Very good. Came on time and gave advice on best installation. Cleaned up work area and trimmed out job around existing tiles so they was a seamless fit. No complaints.

Our installation of a new surround and tub was to be installed,Paul came down to do the installation,unfortunately there was a misunderstanding as to the design of the tile, after a phone call that day that was fixed but would take time for the new style to be made. Paul said that the tub could be installed unfortunately when the tub was made the dimensions were incorrect . We were without tub/ shower for three weeks as the old surround had already been taken out. Paul did his best and was very nice and professional. On July 3,2021 Matt arrived just before 8am. He was awesome, within four hours he had everything installed and cleaned up. Needless to say we were very happy to have our bathroom up and working again. We are very pleased with the tub and surround. I highly recommend Matt and Paul, sorry I didnâ  t get there last names. I would and have recommended Bath Fitters.

This was the second attempt to install my tub liner as the first installer cut the liner short and may have damage a couple of wall tiles in the process. A new tub liner had to be reordered and a different installer by the name of Paul Norton came out to the house to complete the job with a new liner. Paul was very courteous and professional in explaining everything that had to be done and even was able to repair the damaged tiles in a satisfactory manner. Except for the inconvenience of needing to have Bath Fitter come to my house for a second time to complete the job that should have been completed on the first try, I am happy with the final result and Especially the installer (PAUL NORTON) that came to the house the second time and finished the job. A Big Thank You to PAUL NORTON for a job well done.

Paul Norton who installed my Tub surround was extremely professional. He ran into plumbing problems, which he handled swiftly and efficiently. He checked everything before he left, water, and cleaned up and even swept the floor. Very impressed with Bath Fitters.

The installer was very professional & efficient. Another contractor I was looking at not associated with Home Advisor gave me a similar price with a much smaller shower stall. I’m glad I decided to go through HA!

The installer John was very professional and made the process very easy. John did a great job and insured everything was perfect. John cleaned up after everything he did and when he was done no cleanup was necessary. Bath Fitters you need more employees like John. Thanks John for a great job. I would definitely recommend Bath Fitters and John as the installer.
