installer OSCAR was very good.redid shower stall 3 ft x 8.5 ft took two and a half days. matched every line in the tile and every seam.he was meticulous, very professional.looks great. only gripe I had to contact them after 2.5 weeks to get install date..

The shower is beautiful. The job was handled in a professional manner by Paul and Daniel. Dan, the branch manager was courteous and helped me with each step of the installation.

They did a very poor job on the dry wall portion of the job, very poor not finished, not ready to paint as promised by the sales person. We have contacted them at least five times since they have finished, but they have yet to return ANY PHONE CALLS to get this issue resloved

The installers were great but whoever did the scheduling did not communicate to me. I was told by the salesman that the shower would take 1 1/2 days and that was correct. I was also told by the salesman that the remaining work would take 2 to 2 1/2 days. The person doing the scheduling was under the assumption that it would only take 1 day. After the first day, the installers did not return the following day. I called the office and was told that they did not schedule them to return. After I complained they were rescheduled for that Saturday to finish sanding and then returned on Monday.
