Sales person and the installer came on time. Very positive side is only one installer doing bathtub and plumbing, no sub-contractor. He has the experience and expertise! Work done neatly in 6 1/2 hours. Above all the tub and wall are made in USA. Highly recommended.

I had read a lot of bad reviews on Bath Fitter and almost cancelled this job but spoke to my salesman and he told me to check if any of the bad reviews were from my area. They were not...they were mostly in the midwest. So I went ahead with the work and have been so happy I did. My installer, Marty, was amazing. He listened when I told him what my issue was with my existing shower and resolved the problem completely (it was tile and was not set at the proper pitch so water sat in several places and wouldn't drain properly). I love the acrylic, how it looks and how easy it is to clean. The shower door is also awesome. Good job!
