Experience was terrible .their customer service. installation and system supplies all failed. Their system drainage pipes are too small and will clog up, The sump pump filled with dirt, back up power outage unit also failed. My new contractor removed their system and it is inadequate most waterproofers use 4in and 6in drainage pipes, you can find better waterproofing supplies at Homedepot than what aqua guard installs. we saved their system supplies for future reference and inspection by any agency that a complaint was filed with. Beware of aqua guard and Greensky llc their financial facilitator and deflector. 3 employees quit during my job and if you read complaints about aqua guard they all sound the same as my experience was.

Mike was a great help. We did a dehumidifier only after an inspection showed no need for additional items. He was prompt and made sure to answer all questions. Even finding out some additional information on settings.

Shaun and Koby came out to raise a large section of concrete under my deck due to settling. They were very good, showed me what they were doing and how they were doing it. I had one request and they were happy to accommodate. If you don’t use Aquaguard for your foundation or concrete needs, you’re making an error.
