We have had a crack in a poured concrete foundation wall resulting in a leak in our basement. This has gone on for 22 years and we have spent thousands of dollars with various contractors to stop the leak. Aquaguard was wonderful! They couldn't do the work on their first trip out because of an air duct in the way. They had to make a second trip, but scheduled it when they had additional service in the area and didn't charge me additional fees. We have had some really hard rains since the work was completed, but not a drop of water

We haven't had any water leaks since their repairs. They were very careful, professional, and left the areas clean and dry.

The wall stabilization was professionally done. They arrived on time, worked through a cold drizzle the first day and finished up early the second day. They installed supports to the outside walls using complex equipment. The 3 men answered all our questions and cleaned up everything at the end of the second day. They even replanted a bush that had to be removed to access the wall. (The house was built in 1970, 1/2 basement, ranch with brick facade sitting on a pretty steep hill.) The bricks on the facade remained intact throughout the lifting of the foundation. They patched the floor cracks in the basement, improved the gutter drainage, washed down our driveway and raked at the end of the lifting procedure. The sidewalk/drainage canal was done by a second, different crew. They started at dawn (really, the sun was not up) It was located next to the garage where we were having problems with rain flooding our garage and in a heavy storm, rain running in to the basement. The initial contract called for gravel covered by concrete. They never used gravel. We were assured it was not needed and until we pressed the point, they were not going to adjust the bill. Eventually a $75.00 credit was offered. We declined to authorize payment until the wood forms were removed and cleanup was done. Someone showed up at dusk the second day and did finally clean up the area.

They were prompt and very timely. They installed a system which included thumb pumps. They were very professional and did the work very well. It was a very dusty project and they locked off the other area of the basement to minimize dust. They cleaned up very well after themselves too. We haven?t had any water in the basement even after a year that saw a lot of rainfall. Their price was good for all the work that they did.

It went very well.

I liked the complete presentation they gave me and they did exactly what they said. They did it in 2 days. We were to do only one wall, but there were more leaks in the second wall so they just extended it. Of course it cost me a little bit more, but it was well worth it. I would use them again in future.

They came promptly at 10 pm to inspect and the next week it was fixed. It was amazing. They were great and we got a five-year warranty on the work. At the end of the five years, we can renew it if we want to. They were wonderful. The representative they sent out to inspect was Todd Hall. We had been using a shop vac to get water out of our basement for three days and it was very nice to hear it was fixable.

Awesome! Very professional. Came as scheduled, on time, and finished the job in 1 day. My house is on a steep hill, so the drain work they did was important and done better than I anticipated. The plastic is very thick, no problems so far after a year and a half. They contacted me to provide follow up inspection and service after a year, which was nice but expensive ($400). One problem: I needed a new door to the crawlspace. Aquaguard only does tiny porthole-type doors. If you need a regular hinged door (as I did), Aquaguard subcontracts it out to a guy named George. STAY AWAY FROM GEORGE! His quality of work and punctuality pale in comparison to Aquaguard. Get your own door guy.

They arrived on time and worked quietly under the house. They had a lot to contend with (mud and debris) that they cleared out before laying the material. I had 1,000 square feet, but they handled everything in 2 days. It was a tremendous change! When I turned on the heat, there was no smell of damp earth. There will be less dust to clean up (hooray) and any mold will go dormant due to a lack of humidity (my daughter and I are both allergic). After they left, I noticed that the material was wrapped onto the hot water heater (about 6 inches worth). Since I was sold on the idea of protecting my furnace and hot water heater from rust, I asked them to come back to see if the material could go under them. They were very polite and put the material as far under as they could, but what you need to understand is that they can't always get all the way under them. What they did will still protect the furnace and water heater from rust and I am very satisfied with the work.
