Highly recommend Affordable Roofing for a professional, stress-free roof replacement. From the first call through Angie’s list, Rick and Nick understood the assignment of getting my 30 yr old flat roof inspected for tears or punctures. They did find ponding water and problems associated with the drainage and it was all fixed, complete with a full aluminum coating. His quote was competitive and the follow through was top notch. Having a free biannual roof inspection and a 25 yr warranty for insurance purposes reinforces their competency . Would definitely hire again.

I hired affordable roofing to do the job on my roof they did a wonderful job. They were great to work with very professional, organized on time. Prompt work, very clear on the pricing. Very clear on the work and showed me pictures, as they were working and the pricing was very fair, and overall, it was a great experience. I have future jobs and we'll hire them again. They were very knowledgeable and very very honest, great guys. Great company. Most important thing was the way they communicated the whole job, Step by step to make sure that I understood.It was awesome. Wish I could give them more then 5 stars.

Nick and Ricky were prompt and professional, they did a great job and offered affordable rate. They were able to take care of the leaks in my roof due to the winter storm. They cleared the snow and ice on the roof and fixed up any areas where there were issues. The work was completed in one afternoon and so far so good, there have been no additional issues. We also have a 15 year warranty so I am confident they will be here should anything come up in the future. I was very happy with their services, would recommend.
