"I am very happy with the service provided by A.C.E.Inc. The technician arrived on time to perform roach extermination. However, due to heavy clutter in all areas placed by the tenant, obstructing the free movement of the technician to get around to execute the duty, the job is done to the best effort and improved the roach situation. As soon as the tenant moved out with all the clutters removed three months later, A.C.E Inc promptly returned and redo the job with full scope and completely solved the pest issue. I love the service and the six months warranty provided by A.C.E. Inc. I will definitely hire A.C.E. Inc in the future or refer to my friends."

"We were fortunate to find Jay and Louis Sr. a few years ago to professionally and safely remove squirrels from our Bronx rental property. "Ace Bedbug Exterminating were very professional, fast friendly affordable service, and absolutely does what they promises. Thanks again Luis and your team. I had previously tried to treat the issue with a different company with no success so I was already sceptic. However as soon as Luis went to work he alerted us to some pesky bedbugs right away. Luis put our minds at ease each step of the way. He told us it may be a marathon not a sprint to rid our infestation but he was sure he could get rid of them. It did take a few repeated treatments for a total annihilation but he was true to his word the whole way. We plugged up a hole behind our oven recently with caulk and have Diatomaceous earth by our vents and by our oven and stove - but we are still seeing large amounts. Our neighbors rarely ever see roaches but we see about 20 a day. Our building has about 120 units and the basement definitely has larger roaches but I'm not sure why we are plagued this much when our neighbors (who have lived here for 5 years) aren't. We also keep the kitchen and bedroom windows open to detract the roaches with cold air but that seems to do little to help. I'm unsure if we are potentially missing a nest in our apartment or if they are getting in another way but I'm starting to get desperate. I'm nervous to know if they are in the wood of our cupboard or maybe in the wires of our appliances. We've had the building exterminator come once a month to put down gel and we even bought the same gel he uses (advion) to kill them but nothing seems to work. I'd love to hear prices for someone coming out to potentially either spray, looking at & block any access points or holes, or even fumigation if it's that bad.
