Chris Knack refaced 4 bathrooms for us. He is professional and personable; he knows his business and trade craft. He listened carefully to what I wanted and worked well with me to ensure I got what I wanted. If there was some little thing I was not happy with, he took care of it without hesitating. The outcome is impressive and looks like it was an initial high-end install and very beautiful rich wood and stains. I can not wait to see how our kitchen turns out. I had hired a previous guy to redo the kitchen cabinets and what a nightmare! Sadly, I found that guys BBB rating was an F, after the fact. I was reluctant to trust anyone else. Chris was a Godsend. You will not be disappointed working with this gentleman. He is very knowledgeable, upfront and trustworthy. You will be pleasantly surprised with the outcome. Not only is their work excellent, which it is - they are a rare contractor in that they tell you exactly what they are going to do, how and when they will perform the work and then they do EXACTLY what they told you. The finished product is absolutely beautiful and professional â they certainly pay attention to detail. Our cabinets look better than new. Chris Knack was great to work with. Honest, and very focused on quality work and product. He refaced our old oak bathroom cabinet and it looks like a custom-built vanity now. All wood components and a beautiful dark stain make it look clean and modern. I highly recommend Chris for any remodel project.
