I worked with Jim Evans. He was so helpful and went above and beyond to explain everything to me. My expreience with him is certainly one that you don't get very often. He was very concerned about making sure that I fully understood everything that he had observed and that I was taking the right steps to be sure that everything was taken care of, even if that meant that I did not use any of his services. Most people are ONLY out to make a $1 and although he is one of those people, he was never pushy or forceful. I will use him again, if needed and I will recommend him as well.

As a result of water damage during a roof replacement I had concerns that there may be lingering problems with wet insulation. The inspector did a fairly comprehensive inspection of the attic and assured me that the insulation was dry and after a paint job there should not be any problems. Best of all the evaluation was free. I already recommended him to a neighbor who has more severe problems since he is still negotiating with the insurance company on a settlement.
