Prompt, personable, and honest service. We were so thankful for this recommendation, we are renovating a family home that had sewage leaks, rodents, many animals, a hoarder, water leaks and had not been aired out in 10 years. We got excellent advice and knowledge from the owner. We appreciate the integrity and time spent on our project. We were concerned that companies would have taken advantage of our situation and really done some uneccessary and expensive work. Jim Evans company did a very good job removing the mold in my basement. With his advice on a dehumidifier I needed my basement is now dry and clean. I would highly recommend Jim Evans to do a professional job.

Jim Evans is a person you can trust. His advice, recommendations and work team are top-notch. The jobs AdvantaClean did were cleaning a very stinky basement that had been the home of a poor old dog of the former owner, cleaning a suspicious stain from a bathroom leak on the ceiling down there, and also cleaning our AC ducts. He also gave great advice and recommendations for issues outside his sphere of work. The professionals he recommended were excellent. Our house is a cleaner, healthier place thanks to Jim and AdvantaClean.

He did not charge me to check for moisture in my finished basement. He was patient and explained what he was testing and was thorough. I will definitely call him again.

Very professional and yet also very compassionate and comforting in a time of extreme stress. These folks were a God-send, answered prayer! Would definitely recommend and use again if needed.
