Kory was very responsive, honest, and knowledgeable. His was the lowest by far of the three estimates I received for insulating the top floor in our 1 1/2 story house. He offered a veteran's discount because of my husband's service in the navy. He also completed the testing and paperwork needed for us to get a significant rebate from our natural gas provider. We were able to schedule the work within a week of his coming out for an an estimate. The only criticism I have is that the blow-in insulation is pretty messy and, in spite of Kory's earnest efforts to clean up, I did end up needing to vacuum again, dust, and brush bits of insulation off the clothes in our closet. Perhaps covering things with a drop cloth would help. I also hired Kory to do a mold remediation project in a small unfinished workroom in our basement.

Estimator was informative and clear, friendly - not rushed; Installers were polite, informative and accommodating. They cleaned up area nicely and spent extra time in constructing area that made it easier for me to access furnace and shelves. Cost was good.

We are so thrilled with our new insulation. We live in an old Victorian that previously had none in the attic, and it's made an incredible difference in our converted 3rd story living space. David is prompt, friendly, and quite clearly an expert. We appreciated that he took the time to answer our many questions and was always responsive by email. The installation went smoothly - Mike and Mike were consummate professionals and incredibly courteous. They draped our new carpet and cleaned everything up before they left. Phenomenal work for a reasonable price. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in the greater Cincinnati area.
