The before and after documentation was great along the advice. The contractor came out, inspected and documented the project, with punctuality and attention to detail executed on problem. The owner of the company was in contact with me as the work was being done at the property. Pictures of the problems were sent as the project moved forward. Pictures of the repairs were sent during each phase of the cleanup and repairs. Couldn't ask for better communication. All repairs were done by the company employees of ADVANCED ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES. No waiting for subcontractors for days or weeks on end. I received quotes from 4 different companies, and their quote was the most reasonable. When the project was completed I was pleased with the professional work with a guarantee they would come back free of charge if any mold reappeared. I have nothing but great things to say about David. Not only was he polite on the phone, on time, and professional, but the same way in person. I had another company tell me i had moisture in my house and i needed repairs. David came and told me yes there is a slightly small leak that needs repairs, but no major moisture in the house. He even told me that he would come back and check after a bad rain storm and even offered to leave his tool if i wanted to check it myself. He will give you an honest inspection and not try to rip you off. It will be hard for you to find another company more honest and not try to steal your money!

Advanced Environmental were easily the most professional and straight forward company we got a quote from. Delaney is great and arrived for the quote in a full face respirator mask and hazmat suit which made us feel safe in the time of Covid-19. They definitely exceeded expectations and even sealed additional patches on our roof that were not currently leaking while up there at no extra charge. We were very comfortable having them working in our home, his crew was courteous and left every thing as clean as possible each day. Love the 5 year warranty, highly recommend these guys!

David Towner was Fantastic! He was prompt with the initial inspection and quote. ( got quote same day! ) He spent 30 minutes inspecting the property with us and took a couple dozen pictures. While doing so, he explained the whole process to us. He was very accommodating working within our time frame. He kept us updated with texts and pictures during the entire process, showing us the before and after effects of their mold remediation process. He completed the project within the time frame he assured us it would be done. The inside of house looked perfect! The outside decking and wood that he cleaned and treated looked brand new! David inspected our damage within 24 hours of my initial call and provided us with a quote for the job with 24 hours of his inspection.
