Write a ReviewThe labor for 3 men for less than 20 hours of time in 3 days was $12,090.00 Material cost probably less than $500.00. I furnished the paint. The previously installed French drain (on two sides of the house) was not put in as determined by other installers and online information, like Apple Systems video. So they got ~$191.00/hr/person. The sealing method seems to be correct, no complaint on that. Very hard to contact, especially when you are trying to schedule other work that is contingent on their work. One of the men (rough handling) broke the pool hose valve from the pool patio wall and did not notify me, I had to bring it to their attention. However they did fix that. They wait until the last day and work late to finish their job (after dark so I can not inspect properly) so my remodeling team can work the following day. I would say, don't wait until the last day to work late and pretend your doing me a favor by working late. Other workers were waiting for them before continuing. I am generous but don't like having it taken from me. Many may do that but they will get me only once I do not recommend. However, I did generously tip the one that corresponded with me on issues, not for work but a good attitude. I'm not without understanding. I have been an engineer for 50+ years and highly educated in civil, structural and electrical. Money is generally not an issue with me but professional work is required! Throughout life I find it much easier to forget a high job cost if it is done (completely) to professional standards.
As always, our crew did an outstanding job waterproofing this customers home as we have done over 60,000 times before over the past 47 years, with 0% failure rates using our proprietary process with the highest quality materials and licensed and insured W2 employees and certified structural masons as project managers. Sometimes customers who have never run a business and don't understand the amortized costs of doing so complain about price (even though they agreed to the price and we never take a deposit and always encourage customers to get 2-3 more quotes before making a decision). There is nothing we can do about these "experts" except tolerate their over the shoulder "supervision" and take it with a grain of salt. Just for the record, our labor and materials were over $8000 on this project.
David Towner could not have been easier to work with and understood what was going on. He took quick assessment of the situation and had a clear response. Raul and his crew were excellent and got the job done in record time. I feel safe and water free for the first time in three years. Thank you all for making us whole again.
"Richard and his Team was excellent to work with and did a great job. They were friendly, polite and respectful. The work was started and completed when Richard stated it would be in a timely manner".
David and his team are clearly superior contractors and they assisted me to fix the water damage to my home. Very professional, patient, knowledgeable about the task. Performed all aspects of the repair very well. Always on time, David was very clear with explaining how the task would be completed. The project was completed on time and as scheduled. The entire team was respectful in our time of disarray and stress caused by the water damage. They clearly understood what needed to be done and they performed the task in an excellent manner. Proud to recommend David to everyone !!! MITHOO MALANI in Coral Springs, March 2023.
SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, CLEAN, EFFICIENT, TIMELY, COMPLETELY PROFESSIONAL. THIS COMPANY ALSO REPLACED A BROKEN WATER LINE AND IS CURRENTLY RAISING MY SUNKEN LIVING ROOM AND TILING MY ENTIRE HOUSE. I COULD NOT HAVE MORE IN THIS COMPANY! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
David Towner CEO is very explanatory, reassuring and made me feel very comfortable in my decision to proceed with the required work. It was a great experience under stressful situation.
I highly recommend this company for their honesty ( hard to come by in S Fla ) , their skill and professionalism. I couldnâ t ask for a better company to work with
He did not have to treat me the way he did.
We did an outstanding job for Mr. Fink. We even rebuilt a rotted framed wall (normally $3500) without charging since we sympathized with his situation. He was extremely happy with everything and gave us a $2000 tip. Then he called a few weeks after the job to complain that he found dust in his garage and pubic hair in his guest bathroom. We apologized but since he had already cleaned it, we told him we didn't understand what action he wanted us to take. He is very elderly and has dementia so we tried not to upset him but he kept calling about the same issue until we finally had to ask him to stop.
The best experience under stressful situation. I had water coming up under my floor boards in my main bedroom. David came out and I knew right away he would be my guy. His team did an exception job. They showed up on time everyday and were masterful at their jobs. Highest recommendation I can give.
David is a true pro. I didn't know how to address my mold issue, overwhelmed and concerned. David quickly assured me he would get the job done. He acted like a consultant and Not ja vendor ... He won my trust and respect for how he provides services. I asked that he clean it to make it GRANDKID safe and he delivered. Thank you David for your service to our country and for being a real "stand up guy !
