Very professional but with a hometown type of servive. I will recommend them to anyone looking to insulate. They gave me valuable information about insulation even before they came to give me a bid. They gave me a writtin estimate before they left my home. Great work!
I had somewhat of a unique garage installation with Kraft face on the walls and blown in fiberglass in the ceiling, due to the decking already installed in the attic. I was impressed that he applied two layers of vapor barrier so the hose wouldn't rip the seal. Work was meticulous and thorough and the crew was very respectful.
All I can say is DO NOT HIRE this company. The local contractor did a terrible job and never completed the project properly. He skimped on insulation, there were bare spots and he never put in the rafter vents. I talked with David Towner, CEO of Advanced Attic Insulation, and he promised they would help in getting the job completed right. After a second attempt by the contractor to do the job right, halfway through he walked out and the job never got completed. Now the main company says there is nothing they can do.
This is not a job that was done by our company. The customer is confused. Also, we would never use a "local contractor" for any of our jobs. 100% of our work is performed by our own team. The customer kept calling me even though I told him we were not his contractor because we don?t service his area. As a gesture of good will, I referred him to someone who could help. The contractor to whom I referred the customer said that the homeowner lives in a very unsanitary and hazardous home and he did not feel comfortable having his crew in there.
