Excellent customer service both on the phone when setting up my appointment and during the installation. Customer convenience was clearly one of their initiatives. The installer was prompt, professional, polite and did a good job. He made reasonable maintenance recommendations but was in no way a pushy up seller. My parents used them five years ago and they appear to have maintained their practice of excellent customer care

Harry was awesome. He thought the appointment was for an estimate on new installation; however, when he saw the appointment was for a repair he didn't bat an eye. He grabbed his tools and got to work. He was entertaining to talk with and he explained the work he was doing. A+++

Company called me right away to arrange the schedule. The tech arrived on time, was professional and efficient. Took the trouble to explain what he was doing and told me to call him if there were any further issues with the door. Service as it used to be.

There were some miscommunications about when the door arrived, and when it would be installed, but the work itself was done quickly with no issues. The crew was very efficient, hauled away the old door and opener, and explained the new functions.
