Fix vs replace- I was in a dilemma. These guys were the first ones to arrive . They inspected, explained repairs, provided a well described job estimate. I contacted other guys also. Everyone recommended replace only. Since I was not ready for replacement right now I decided to go with them. They did solid repairs. Garage will last me a long time. Thorough professionals .

I sent an email to Academy with the reason I needed garage door help and within 1/2 hour I received a telephone call from a very nice, knowledgeable man. When the gentleman (and he really was a gentle man) came to our house, he called first, explained what I needed done and why, performed the work efficiently and completely and explained the invoice to me. I felt as if I knew what had been done and why and I found the pricing to be reasonable.

I live 200 miles from the property they repaired. They diagnosed the broken spring, purchased the parts and completed the repair on time for a total cost of only $229.00. Thank you.
