Hate to give bad feedback as the the tech Robert was great, helpful, quick, anything I could have asked for! Unfortunately all that did not overshadow the billing inquiry that was never resolved in the end. I spoke to a sales rep twice was promised a resolution and didn't hear back. I am not going to chase them any more. I was charged $170 for the installation of quote "2 pairs" of springs but only had one pair installed. 2 lessons learned - never pay with a check because you will not get a dispute resolved and don't forget to look over the detailed bill before letting the tech go. Unfortunate! Would hire Robert again but certainly not deal with the billing department over again ...

They were on-time, professional and knowledgeable. Helped me decide on exactly what I need for my garage door needs. The install was extremely timely. Slotted for a two hour install, they were done in 1hr 15min.
