Once I explained the issue I was immediately given very reasonable quote. I was assured immediately that work will be done on the same day and it was done. I would hire them again without a doubt.

Lou T and his crew did an outstanding job waterproofing our basement walls after we experienced significant water build-up and steady leaks. Lou estimated that the work would take 2 days and that's exactly what it took. The crew arrived on time as finished as projected. The drainage problem was totally cured and the prior damp and musty smell in the basement is now gone. The cost estimate was fair and the work was outstanding. Lou, the owner, made what I thought was going to be a hassle, essentially care free because of his knowledge and sense of ease. He was able to answer all of my questions (and I had a lot) patiently and honestly. He didn't try to sell me on anything that wasn't a necessity rather than what was going to be best for me. He even called me at 11:30pm after I texted him with a question about one of my sump pumps. I would highly recommend Lou and his company for a honest, trustworthy experience.
