My sump pump alarm went off, so I contacted several professionals. They all told me both the pump and the backup battery system needed to be replaced. Then I spoke with Lou, who walked me through checking the system and determined that only the pump motor needed replacing. He ended up saving me a lot of money.

Yes the job was done right, Lou was a great person to do business with. He came and gave a free estimate and what options I had. He had answered all my questions. It was a done deal. This is the second time we have worked with Lou and his team and have been absolutely satisfied both times including basement waterproofing and sump pump installation. We have not had any additional water problems in the rooms he has helped us fix. He responds immediately and comes out to access the space very quickly. While scheduling services shortly after and completing them in a very timely manner. They tarp everything and put down floor covers to make sure to keep all spaces clean and as dust free as possible. His pricing is very reasonable for the amount of work and attention you receive for each project. Would absolutely recommend him and his team for any water proofing services you may need!

My mother had water in her basement after the recent storm. Her existing sump pump did not work. We contacted Absolute and they were out within hours to replace the sump pump. They exceeded expectations and did amazing work. I’m so thankful for the help! Would highly recommend using this company!

Lou and his team were professional and efficient! I had a pipe burst in my basement and had mold all over the carpet and behind the wall. They came out ASAP gave an estimate and started remediation immediately. Showed up on time.. was comfortable leaving them in my home while I went to work and when he called to say they were done he even offered to let my dogs out before he left. Best contractor I have ever hired. Lou and his crew installed the French drains and sump pumps as scheduled. They sure helped us take care of a major problem. Good work completed by a good company.

After careful examination of different options, Lou help us decide on the best one. Lou installed French drains in an area ( 1/3 of basement sq. ft. ) where we were experiencing basement water problems . Job was completed ahead of schedule , Lou was there the entire time to oversee) , and there no surprises. We just went through a torrential rain fall ( over 4 inches of rain in one day) yesterday. The basement was completely dry and not a drop of moisture!! Lou and his professional team delivered as promised.
