They responded quickly and came by my house the same day I called them. Lou and Al, the owners did the work themselves along with another worker and they were a pleasure to work with. They installed a sump pump for us, removed mold from a crawl space and under carpet, and removed some older make-shift equipment that had been installed by previous owners. They explained everything carefully and I think gave us a very good price for the work performed. They did not try to scare me or convince me we needed unnecessary work done, which they easily could have done! Overall I am completely satisfied and will definitely use them again, great company.

Work performed: Replace sump pump (including enlargement of the sump pump hole and rework of pipes to the outside), replace leaky kitchen faucet, mold removal on basement wood beams and sealing of cracks in basement floor. The owners Lou and Al were professional, honest, and explained the work they planned to do in detail. Quote was extremely fair. They did not try to sell an overpriced service I did not need. The two workers that helped them were also professional. The work area was clean and neat when they left. I was very satisfied with the work and would definitely use them again.

I called their number to schedule an estimate, and an hour later, they were at my front door. The work was done the next business day. Al and Lou were highly efficient, and explained everything in detail. We are very satisfied with their work, plus the price was very acceptable. We will definitely consider to hire them again if future needs come up.

I got two quotes, one for mold in a basement closet and another for mold in our garage. They use current mold treatment methods like spray to kill the mold and then physically remove the mold collecting by HEPA. They treated a couple other spots that I pointed out that were not in the room as well. After the remediation, they cleaned up the room and made it look new. I was impressed with the speed and quality in our basement job that they could tackle the garage which will be a more involved job. The garage had water damage which then turned moldy over the years. They gutted, checked for water leaks, and replaced a drain pipe that caused a lot of the mold. Both Al and Lou were involved and do the bulk of the work. They went above and beyond to help fix some underlying problems that caused damage to the garage. I'm pleased with the end results and their professionalism. I will call them again for future jobs like this.

So far they have given good service,even though we now are waiting on the check from the insurance company so they can get started on the work.
