"Chris and company did a fantastic job. We had a set time frame and they delivered a beautiful job on time with no problems. We also wanted to keep some of the charm of our colonial and make sure it did not look cookie cutter. Chris went over various options and styles that made our house pop! I looks great. The crew was professional and polite. They kept the work area clean and made a few adjustments on the fly to provide the look we wanted. We also needed a few extra items along with the siding. can't have new siding with out new storm doors. We also had 3 old windows we wanted replaced and also a new garage door. Chris added this to the work and it was seamless and very well done. There was no delay in the project. You maybe able to find someone cheaper (we got several bids) but you will not find a better contractor than Magnolia. Money well spent. Thanks Chris - well done!"

"Both Brian and Granit are brothers and run this company in NJ- One Way GC LLC. They are roof specialists and do an amazing job. They have a total of 16 people working for them and usually have 3-4 people on one job. There were ceiling leaks in two rooms and they were able to diagnose the problem immediately. They replaced my asphalt roof and even replaced some of the cedar wood sidings as gratis. I would recommend them to anyone."

"We called ESTABLISHED CONSTRUCTION to replace & reattach several pieces of aluminum siding fascia that were blown off one side of our home during a severe wind storm and to seal up a few areas on the other side of the house where birds were nesting in the eaves. Val gave us a very reasonable estimate which included doing the work right then and there. A few short hours later all the work was complete and done very much to our satisfaction. Fascia has been replaced, the birds are gone. My wife and I both agree Val is very friendly, upfront and honest; not one who promises one result and then doesn't deliver. "Honest, responsive and reliable. Lincoln was initially hired to replace/repair rotten facia boards . They wrapped the existing boards in aluminum while replacing rotten sections as needed. I requested additional unplanned work to remove siding from bay windows and to repair and paint the underneath trim. Al is quite personable and he made every effort to ensure that I was satisfied with the work being done. Just to add that Luis, his assistant, is an excellent craftsman. Lincoln prices were reasonable andwould certainly consider them for future projects."
