Overall Aaron did a great job, he found a number of issues with the home that weren't initially visible. The report was delivered the same day as the inspection, partly because some of it was input on his computer during the inspection time which contributed to the 4+ hrs spent. At one point he opened the door after placing the kits for the radon test after specifically instructing us to keep the doors closed. I personally had issues with the overall professionalism and wouldn't recommend this service although the I feel inspection was thorough and detailed.

I do agree it took 4 hrs to inspect and document problems. However, it took 2 additional hrs in my office to finish documenting the report due to a abundance amount of issues. I was in the process of inspecting the roof and the exterior of the home when the client insisted on having me stop my inspection and open the door to the crawlspace so that her brother and agent can see the crawlspace prior to them having to leave to go to work. The door was left ajar for 30 seconds. However, it was confrimed from the lab the test was not affected. The home was 800 sq ft larger than initally told, with detached garage. Additional time was needed.

The owner of Aarons Home Inspection LLC gave me an immediate response to my request for a next day appointment. I am very satisfied the service he was prompt, professional, and exceeded my expectations. He is extremely knowledgeable and experienced even with my mobile home. At the end of the inspection he was very helpful, courteous and very informative. He answered all my and my Sellers questions. This was part my walk thru because I did not have a clue about anything. The Sellers are still Raving about Aarons professional, knowledge and skill and asked for his card, now that's Exceptional !!
