The service was excellent and Aaron and his son did a very thorough job. My only complaint was that they were not able to check my AC unit as it was on the roof. A ladder would have been helpful. Otherwise, they did an outstanding job... very professional and they take credit cards, too! The official report was sent to me the same day, as well. :o)

I enjoyed working with this consumer and in regard to her comment, her a/c was inspected at the furnace. I referred a licensed roofing inspector to certify her roof and he gave me the information i needed off the a/c unit. I do have a ladder but not the appropriate one to access that particular roof.

Aaron was very pleasant and extremely thorough with his inspection. On that same day, he emailed us a clearly detailed report which included photographs of the areas to be corrected. Would highly recommend him!

Aaron did a very good job on my inspection. He was thorough and pointed out some things that I wouldn't have considered. He was polite, friendly and courteous. He turned the report around quickly and it too was detailed and easy to understand. It helped in negotiations. While Aaron was not able to come back out to do a follow up inspection I am happy I was able to get him the first time. If you plan ahead and can get Aaron on the phone he's a great inspector.
