Aaron was very professional, friendly and attentive to details. He communicated well with emails and phone calls with all test results. I would recommend Aaron to my friends and family. I believe it was money well spent but you will find that Aaron is not the cheapest guy in town.

Aaron was great. I was having health problems that I believed to be connected with a musty odor in the apartment, so I contacted him about coming to check for mold. He took my concerns seriously, which was nice, and came by within a few days to do the tests, and the results came in a couple days later. He was very easy to work with and professional. I would definitely choose him again if I needed any of his type of services.

Aaron was awesome!! He arrived on time and did an amazing job inspecting our new home. He was thorough, knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to completely explain each area where he indentified a potential issue. If you want someone to go through you new home with a fine tooth comb Aaaron is the guy. Would highly recommend him to anyone.

Aaron contacted me immediately following my submission to Service Magic. He rearranged his schedule in order to complete the inspection during the time frame and within the confines of our schedule. We were buying a short sale, so we knew there would be numerous issues and we wanted to be aware of them before closing. Aaron did a thorough inspection. In addition to explaining the potential issues thoroughly, his written report included detailed pictures. Since closing on the house, we have used the information from the report to begin addressing a number of the issues. Aaron has also been responsive in clarifying any questions.
