When he first came to see the project, he gave me a very reasonable estimate for just a few hours of work after I explained the problem. However, once he started working, he discovered several complex issues that required extensive troubleshooting — yet he never revised his price. He came to my home four times to make sure everything was fixed and that the theater system was fully up and running. Despite all the extra effort, he honored his original quote. I was so impressed that I added a little extra to show my appreciation — though he never asked for it. His top priority was clearly customer satisfaction and the quality of his work. Larry was excellent to work with. He was professional, thorough and clean. He ran new speaker cables from outside deck to new stereo system. His work was clean and on point.
