I was very pleased with the service technician. Seemed very knowledgeable and charged the amount I was quoted. I was somewhat disappointed when just one week later I noticed an add at another location which was advertising the same service I received at half the price I paid. But all in all I was happy with the service and the quick response I received.

A Plus continually failed to meet commitment dates, even after several calls and assurances. They did a good job and I would recommend them. However, I would caution anyone about commitments. There were a couple of instances that were not their fault, but not all!

Yes we were not on time every time we went out. I was aware of that and have taken action with our technicians to always call if running behind. We service Provo to Ogden sometimes we run behind.

The motor and drive on the existing door was totally broken, and it was replaced by a Liftmaster unit. This particular garage has a low ceiling, and requires a compact opener installation. The serviceman was very good, and I am certainly pleased at this time. I don't have a very good handle on the cost breakdown, but the cost was likely a little on the high side ($600) for the new opener and installation. Yet, overall, I am quite satisfied.

Yes it might seem on the high side however it was a custom job and the best motor on the market.It comes with a lifetime parts and labor warranty.We could always get you lesser quality.

They were on time for the initial estimate visit (the other "Pro" didn't show up OR call). They gave me a reasonable price. They were knowledgable, courteous, and relibale. When they installed the garage door and new opener, they did so quickly and professionally. I am very satisfied with their work. The only misgivings I have the lack of color choices for the door and the 3 weeks it took to have the door built before it could be delivered and installed. They do not maintain a stock of doors for immediately delivery. But I like the door that I received.

We dont make the doors and the color options are really limited unless you pay for the paint job. 2-3 weeks is always needed on a custom door. Thanks for the feedback.
