Offered advice on what I could try to do to fix the problem myself before they sent somebody out. Ended up having them come out to fix it since what I tried didn't fix the isue. Ended up being a spring that was in need of replacement. They also replaced the rollers (after they asked me if I would like them replaced) on the door.

Seemed pretty expensive. $450 for the garage overhaul and 10 year warranty, but it only took the guy 45 minutes to replace springs, rollers, and cable.
