Prompt return call to discuss my problem. Scheduled technician visit the very next day. Technician showed up on time and was very polite. He showed me what the problem was and gave me several options. While I opt'd for the cheaper one, I will have A Plus Garage Doors come back to do a total replacement in the Spring. I would recommend them to anyone that needs any type of garage door work done.

I wanted a repair or adjustment and was told that they couldn't because the opener was old (only a few years and I have older ones that work great) so I HAD to have a new one installed. I agreed, but they didn't have one on the truck and had to come back later. After they returned and installed the new opener I was given a bill with an extra charge of 10% on it for a service call that I was never informed of. I don't agree with hidden charges after the work is complete, so I'll never use them again.

Sad to say we always charge a trip charge we have too. If gas and insurance was free I would not have to charge for it. 29.95 is all we charge half of what most companies charge so based on your review I would not assume its a fair review. Anytime I call a service company out I don't expect them to foot the bill to come to me sure would be nice if it Free.

Courteous, quality, professional service at a fair price. A Plus also replaced all rollers on 2 garage doors and installed a remote keypad in addition to installation of a new opener. Job was estimated and completed within 24 hrs. of my initial request.

the door was ready for installation as promised and the installation was done in a reasonal amount of time, with attention paid to all the details. I was impressed with the installers and very happy with the results.

They called me right away, which I thought was good. They told me they would be there in 2 hours. It was 4 hours before they showed up. When they quoted me the price on the phone, they said a broken spring would be anywhere from $89-$129. When they got here, they told me the spring would be $139.95 and that they won't put on just one spring, even though that's what I have. So 2 springs plus the cost of the service trip of $29.95 brought my total to $309...more than what I was expecting. If they had just told me that over the phone, I would have been expecting it. Their work was fine, I just felt like they hadn't been honest with me.

This was error on my part my phone did not email this job to the employees and by the time I realized it didnt send it was two hrs latter and my tech was on another job. That is why we were late. Also our springs range anywhere from $89-249 just depened on the door and the setup you have I am sorry if you felt we were not being honest just hard to give you an exact price before seeing it.
