The A Plus Garage Doors technician that came to my house was friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to repair my door quickly and had all of the needed parts on his truck. He explained what was needed to get my door operational and also other maintenance that I may want to have done while he was there. I opted to have the broken spring replaced as well as have him replace the cables and rollers. Now my 13 year old garage door is so quiet that you can't even hear it open if you are inside the house.

Ryan was awesome! He fixed what I needed fixed and didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need. He actually spent more time educating me on the workings of my door/opener and how to make them both last longer than he did on the repair itself. This is a great way to build long-lasting business relationships! I had an emergency situation with both cars trapped in the garage. Ryan answered my call on a Friday night after 7pm and Eli was at my home at 7:30 a.m. Saturday morning to fix the door. Both were very pleasant, asked good questions and answered all my questions. Excellent work!

I had a broken spring on my garage door. I called and got an estimate for the repair. The estimate was in my budget range. When the service tech got to my house, he told my wife that "both" springs needed to be replaced which made the cost of the job double what I was told on the phone. Now possibly both springs did need to be replaced, but certainly the person on the phone that took my call for the service request should have known that information and told men when I called. It was almost like a bait and switch. I would have waited a week or two before I would have had the servce done. The tech was professiona and personable. Thanks.
