Very professional and efficient. I anticipated a discussion on upgrades however the technician a non pressure recommendation for repairs and improvements.

A plus had a repair guy out within a half hour of contacting them. I replaced my old door, track, and motor. The door was ordered and installed within 4 days of iniaiting contact. The installation was done very well I am happy with A plus and would use them again.

I have no problem at all with the quality of service; the repairman was polite, professional, and very well-informed and fixed the problems quickly. I must confess the cost was a bit more than I had anticipated, but I still have no idea how A Plus Garage Doors compares with its competitors in that area.

Most importantly, they showed up on time. They also identified and fixed the problem quickly. Additionally, they took the time to show me the issues with my garage door. They showed me the broken spring, the bent track, and the torsion bar that was about to fail. After all the work, they also took the time to clean up after themselves before leaving. I will definitely be calling Craig and Jake for any further maintenance needs in the future.

A Plus is very prompt and efficient. We called at lunchtime today, and Craig arrived by 2:30. He was very courteous and explained what are options were to fix our garage door and why certain options would be more cost-effective in the long run. He was done by 3:30 with the complete overhaul. We appreciated the same day service and the professionalism.

Excellent service would definitely hire again

Our garage door cable broke right as we were leaving. It was hanging there and anyone could have crawled under if we left. Unfortunately it was a Sunday and didn't think we'd find anyone. Checked Home Advisor and found A plus Garage Doors. They came out within the hour repaired the door with 5 yr. warranty on parts and labor. Decent price but had to pay a little extra for Sunday service. Was worth it to us though.

They were quick to call and set up an appointment. The service was good and they clearly explained what was needed and what they thought would be best.

Prompt, friendly, professional, honest. Explained what the problem was and what the consequences of not fixing it properly were likely to be (gave alternatives). Did the work he said he would at the price he estimated, now the garage door works PROPERLY. If I had three thumbs, they'd all be up. I'll use him again.
