NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY!! They DO NOT stand behind their work. They're extremely responsive when there's a potential job, but if there's an issue with their work, they don't respond at all. After they completed my electrical work, I noticed that my lights were flickering in 3 rooms. I was told by Candice, the office manager, and the wife of the owner and electrician, Dennis, that it was either a faulty light fixture, (brand new from Home Depot), or a light bulb issue. It was neither. After trying to reach them many, many times. Candice left 3 voice messages telling me to find an electrician closer to me to resolve the issue. So I had to pay another company to fix their issues. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
***UPDATE: We won the judgement for the full amount of the job, that was rewarded back to our company on December 7th, 2023, based on the customer's bank finding no wrongdoing on the part of A Plus Electric*** This is a bogus and false review. Everything was working perfectly fine when the work was completed on Sept 30th, and customer was very happy and submitted payment. She ordered lunch for the workers and even referred customers to us. Weeks later she called stating that one light fixture in her dining room was flickering. I spoke with her on the phone and asked her to check the light bulbs or that the fixture itself was bad. Please note that the customer was happy on the phone, and I told her to give us a call back if that did not work. During the job, she had to return multiple light fixtures and a fan that did not work and was the wrong item. The customer purchased all light fixtures, and we advised that if there is an issue with the fixture, then she will need to return the item. The customer did not want to wait for us to come out to fix the issue (she moved an hour and 20 minutes away out of our local territory which when we first acquired, she was within our local work area). I told the customer that once we had the chance to come out and fix the one light fixture issue, that for all future Jobs, she would need to find a local electrician. After several weeks of not hearing back from the customer, we received a reverse in payment from her credit card company for the total amount of the job that was completed $1025, and 16 lights total. We tried several times to contact the customer after the reverse payment unsuccessfully. After a week after trying to call the customer, she finally answered and said that she was unhappy about the dining room light fixture flickering and unhappy about the job that was completed weeks prior. We are currently in the process of trying to get the payment back and if not, then we will pursue legal action.

Dennis and Saul were so great! They did such a good job installing LED recessed lighting and fulfilled any specifics i required for the job. They were clean and communicated very well putting me at ease while they get to work.

I recommend this service provider. They installed an EV charger for my townhome. They were very responsive and communicative. They gave me regular updates on my preferred communication channel (because I often canâ t pick up the phone with work obligations). They explain their pricing very clearly. And they tidied things up when they left. They also handled county inspection for me while I was on a work call.
