The sales and the work was excellent. I'm so happy that my air conditioner is working. The person that give us the estimate was Lauren, she was very helpful. Answered our questions. The service personnel were also very nice. We are going use the maintenance plan for our home. Morris and Paula L

discuss the charges upfront in writing with specific details about the product. the mistake on my part was not getting quotes from other pros. the product installed was different from what was agreed and it was installed with out getting consent and also costed more than what was quoted. makes the customer feel guilty when asked about it. for the record, i paid the extra charge as it was not worth the time to argue over it. i wish i could go back and start this project all over again even if it were to cost more than what i ended up paying. very unhappy with the experience.

Went out on a Sunday and in the rush of getting the tenant air conditioning misinterpreted the size . Quoted 2ton and turned out to be 2.5 ton. Think the biggest issue was not informing the customer immediately. Totally understand his disappointment.
