Our Air went out during the night Friday. We tried calling the company that had done work for us before. On friday night and Saturday morning our calls went to voicemail. Frustrated we used Service Magic to find another company. With in 10 seconds of submiting our request Steve called me. He showed up at my house on Saturday morning within 30 minutes. It was a 90 degree day and his quick response was greatly appreciated. The work was completed quickly and our air was cooling the house in no time.

AC seemed to take a really long time to cool the house. He looked everything over inside and out, but could not find anything wrong. Was really honest and didn't try to push anything that wasn't needed. He said the unit was a little small for the house, but working fine. I sealed all my duct work in the basement to get more airflow and that has really helped a lot. I must have been really cooling the basement with the leaks. Quick and honest. Would definitely call again.

I was told the wire that needed fixed would be replaced. However, after Steve left my husband noticed that he did not replace anything. He just tied the wires together. There were no caps on the wires either so the wires were exposed. I had an electrician and another AC repair company out here and they could not believe how he left things.
Response from Company:
I cut the bad wire off, put it together with wire caps, unit cooled house. Continuously complained about not being able to afford. Kept cost at $95.00 by not replace wire.Customer stopped payment on check.
