Tammy, the sales rep, seemed very in tune w/ my needs, and very professional. The first question she asked was "what is your budget". Then she narrowed down the selection by what I could afford. She gave advice on the blind I chose, such as style and fit. She also had very useful ideas such as smaller inch blinds on the doors vs windows, so they would not stick out and get in the way. Another useful idea was having three sections of blinds on one wall mount of my largest two windows. This way I could keep the middle section closed for privacy, and only open the two side sections for air. I already gave her business card to my co-worker.

I loved the product. The sales person promised that my window coverings would be installed before Thanksgiving, and they were, so I was pleased with that. The prices I thought were very reasonable. My only criticism is that I wanted to purchase more window coverings from them for other rooms in my home. However, my sales guy never called me back to make arrangements for additional orders. I had planned to spend more money with them, but in the end, I suppose the salesman was too busy. I would still buy from 3 Blind Mice in the future, just perhaps through a salesperson who is more interested in selling the products.
