This is a company who understands quality and customer service. From my first phone call to completed installation, I was awed! Every aspect was outstanding. I was treated with kindness, respect and the utmost professionalism. OD offered several solutions and creative ideas for my window coverings. I will ONLY use 3 Blind Mice in the future

I appreciated the fast and high quality service. Designer Kathleen came over and we chose treatments for two windows and one sliding glass door that opens on to the balcony. She was smart , responsive, and easy to work with. throughout the process I was able to order exactly what I wanted. When the treatments were ready, the installation was quick, professional, and room-changing! Go with them without hesitation. They're a unique company. On top of all that, I love the name!

Night & day compared to my previous vendor Gallery Shutters! Evan & OD from 3 Blind Mice were so much more experienced and customer-service oriented, I was just blown away. OD trains people nationally on motorized shades and helped me out tremendously when my 6-year old battery powered roller shades conked out. I cannot recommend OD enough, he is seriously the best & the most knowledgable person in the industry, HANDS DOWN!! Love having these new motors hardwired and connected to the Somfy cloud-based app & my Alexa.

Every contact from the sales person at Costco to the installer that came to my home was courteous and professional. I was kept informed of the status of my window coverings on a regular basis and 3 blind mice installed on the date they promised. Highly recommended!!
