Very professional and prompt. Kathleen was helpful and extremely patient during the decision-making process. The custom shutters were delayed due to the holidays and covid procedures at the factory. They were prompt to let me know of the delay. Luis and their partner were quick and efficient with installation. I am superbly thrilled with the **new look**!

Very professional, very friendly and prompt . Also installed pleated shades. Of note is that I considered replacing shades in another room, but the representative said that the shades I had were still in great shape and good quality, so I did not replace. I totally appreciated the honesty and saving me money.

New blinds on 4 windows. Salesmen and installers all very professional and polite. Very easy to work with. Somewhat sad that the blinds don't close all the way and the cords seem to slip when opening or closing.

We were worried when we found out that our selection would be on line, but it went very well. Cindy Gill, the designer, counseled us very well, had us measure the windows in two bedrooms, and sent us several samples of colors of the wood for blinds. Then she sent John who verified our measurements. When the order was ready, John returned to expertly install the blinds. Working with both of them was very easy.

Amanda was great at explaining options and helping me decide on the cellular shades for each window. I was thrilled when I got an email from the company to tell me that my shades were being shipped sooner than I had expected and the installers scheduled when they arrived in the area. They were friendly and efficient and my whole experience went smoothly. AND I am very happy with the shades.
