This company is awesome, from the first visit of selections, quote and measurements, to follow up with more measure, to complete installation. The products where ready about 3 weeks earlier than promised. Excellent costumer service, everyone was very personal. I purchased one Plantation shutter, and 2 roller blinds with remote control feature.

Second time I have used them and they are amazing from initial contact, to coming onsite, to ordering, to scheduling the 2nd measure, to installation. I would NEVER use anyone else. Also had an issue with my original home. They came out tried to repair, and ended up replacing the blind free of charge (3 years later!!!). Who does that?? Well Three Blind Mice does!! A+ from customer intake to customer service. Great people, great products.

The window coverings were scheduled to take 6 weeks but they were ready in 3. Installation took only minutes. I love my blackout blinds which keep my bedroom cool and dark enough for daytime sleeping.
