They do stand behind their product. I ordered 7 beautiful blinds a little over 4 years ago. I was very happy with the selection offered and the final product on my windows. They were the style that require a short tug on the string and then they lower in a controlled way. Within a year, 2 of them would fall hardâ no control at all, so they came out and replaced them. Two years later, another 2 of them began to do the same. I lived with it for another year until someone urged me to call. This company came right out to examine them and within a few weeks replaced those 2. I would never get that style again, but I would use the company for another style. Clearly, they stand behind their products, and nowadays that seems rare. Although Iâ d give the blinds only 3 stars at best, I would give this company a full 5 stars.

Kathleen provided multiple samples of window coverings and suggestions for our various windows. she was very thorough and friendly. We decided on a combination of shutters and roll up blinds. The guys who measured the windows also did the install. They were friendly, competent, and very professional. The window coverings give a whole new look to the various rooms. We are vary satisfied with the overall experience. Lala in the front office kept us up to date on our order and the installation process.

Communication with the front office was disappointing. It shouldnâ t take that many calls from us to get a response. We left messages/emails and no one called us back. Not a good way to get customers comfortable!! The installation, once we talked from local installation company was very good and everything was installed correctly.

This is the second time we have used this company. Although there was a minor issue with the initial installation of the second blind, the company addressed the problem and fixed it immediately. In the process, the installer noticed an imperfection in the blind that we had not seen, and immediately initiated a complete replacement which has just been completed. We are very happy with the products (we have 5 blinds now) and the service of 3 Blind Mice.

This company is best we worked with during our home remodel,. With so many window treatments it was hard for me to decide on what would function well and compliment our style. 3 Blind Mice listened to my ideas and gave expert advice to help me choose the best treatment for each window. Their installation team was professional and quick. We are so happy we choose 3 Blind Mice!
