I?ve done over $2000.00 in business with this company. Overall I thought I was dealing with a small business with integrity that stands by their products, service and materials. I had an Iron filter added to my water softener less than a year ago. This company used plastic tubing that failed and leaked water on my basement floor. The company came to my home and in less than 15 mins fixed the plastic hose they installed less than a year ago. No receipt provided, I requested I was home when the tech made the repairs. That was also ignored. $160.00 later with multiple calls to an owner who ignores phone calls. The owner of this company has no integrity and doesn?t stand by their installation instructions. Real good at taking your money and that?s about it.

Bill did a fantastic job installing my units. I am deeply disappointed in being way overcharged for what I got! When I was quoted the price plus when I called and talked to the salesman he said I had a 25 year warranty all the paperwork says 5 years. My brother in law who is a homeowner and handyman said i paid way to much to have this done. I am a widow who's husband used to do everything and now that I have to find people to do things for me I thought because this was a family business I would be treated fairly but I was wrong! I would not recommend your company to anyone and especially not my widow friends. I also think Angie's should be sent a copy of my invoice to see how much I was overcharged.

Called on Monday to talk with them and they had Ben stop by on Tuesday!! We had a new well pump installed about a month prior from a different company and we were suddenly getting a sulfer smell and rust stains started to appear. Ben took the time to test everything and explain that they may have dropped the new well pump down deeper in the well, which they did!!! He thought that it was probably pulling water from a different part of the aquafer??? We talked price and 1st choice was considerably lower than quotes we had from last year, which were just for the softener, his quote included the iron remover which was not part of the previous quotes. There was a cancellation for Wednesday so we took it. Phil and his team arrived and installed in about an hour and he took the time to explain things about the new system that was never explained by other techs from Previous systems that we had installed on other homes we owned. Very professional!!!
