These guys could put in a water softener with their eyes closed! Seriously, they definitely knew what they were doing from all three gentleman I worked with. They texted me within an hour of my Angie submition & they visited the next day for the in-person estimate. The next day the water softener was installed (normally booked out a little longer but I took a cancellation). I had three quotes & they came in just above the least expensive but their unit was definitely a few hundred dollars above what the cheapest quote was. Easy choice.

I only give overall 5 stars for perfect experiences. Ben and his crew were close. The install crew drained water, during the disconnect of the old system, onto the floor in the work area. Even though the water drained into sump pump a couple of feet away, the floor was still wet after the crew left. They also haven't provided the 4 bags of salt included on the estimate. Other than that, the install crew was very good, informative, and quick. Ben was very good on the first call, a service call of my old leaky system, and gave me information that helped me decide on a new, less expensive, system over repairing the old system or buying an expensive system. Professional, flexible and quick. A good company that I would use again. Thank you.
