Received an in home quote on Friday, installed on Monday. Competitive pricing, 5 year parts warranty, did what they said the would when they said they would do it. I will update with anything good or concerning that arises going forward.

They evaluated the old 2 tank system and suggest a new one tank system that was less expensive and would fit our family needs. They did not try to sell something that we did not need.

So far I am very pleased with both product and service. Had new softener installed the next day. Water quality has improved greatly and new softener was affordable. Service was friendly, professional and prompt. It is early but so far so good.
