I hired James ( the owner) to do my driveway in February. That was my mistake. I was unaware that Asphalt shouldn't be done in colder temperatures. I learned latered that 1 NJ Paving may have installed recycled asphalt because my driveway has different shades of black to it and has started to show heavy signs of wear to it just months of it being done.. Within a month of completion of the job my driveway started showing signs of wear. Rocks started getting disconnected from the Asphalt. I began noticing pits and could see the dirt underneath the Asphalt, and when it rained I have pooling water because the Asphalt isn't leveled. I contacted James about these issues and he informed me that in May/June when the weather was warmer he would seal it and that would fix the problems that have developed. I've texted James, twice and called him once and he has yet to respond to my requests for sealing my driveway and fixing the poor looking driveway that they've installed. I would NOT recommend this company

After multiple attempts of resolving this matter the landscaping guys were spreading dirt on one side of the driveway, which got onto the brand new asphalt, which then stuck in the new pavement, which I warned against in the beginning The driveway was sealed and looks good now the pavement will last for a long time everything on our part was done correctly and it now looks great
