James has been in breach of his two-year contract and has demonstrated a lack of professionalism in his interactions with me a d my husband. While there have been instances where he has fulfilled some of his obligations, there have also been cases where he has misled us by promising repairs that were never completed, often citing weather conditions as an excuse. We regret the significant error we made when we hired a company to repave our driveway at the start of 2023. Once the asphalt had set, I observed water pooling throughout the driveway. Despite my calls and texts, the only response I received was that applying a seal could resolve the issue. James assured me that he would return to rectify the problem but never followed through. He provided us with contact information for another company. Regrettably, my attempts to reach out via text messages have been left unread, and my calls remain unanswered.

I hired James ( the owner) to do my driveway in February. That was my mistake. I was unaware that Asphalt shouldn't be done in colder temperatures. I learned latered that 1 NJ Paving may have installed recycled asphalt because my driveway has different shades of black to it and has started to show heavy signs of wear to it just months of it being done.. Within a month of completion of the job my driveway started showing signs of wear. Rocks started getting disconnected from the Asphalt. I began noticing pits and could see the dirt underneath the Asphalt, and when it rained I have pooling water because the Asphalt isn't leveled. I contacted James about these issues and he informed me that in May/June when the weather was warmer he would seal it and that would fix the problems that have developed. I've texted James, twice and called him once and he has yet to respond to my requests for sealing my driveway and fixing the poor looking driveway that they've installed. I would NOT recommend this company

Efficient!! On time!!! Cleaned my driveway leaves and weeds before starting the job!!

I got hot Asphalt done! I picked concrete here because there is no choice for Asphalt!! They arrived on time, cleaned leafs and weeds and it took them 2hr to complete the work! I was amazed how fast it was and it looks beautiful!! We can walk on it right away..iâ m waiting 3 days to drive my car on it.
