"My previous pool provider didnâ t handle my freeze guard as they should have and one of my pump housings cracked. My freeze guard was working two weeks prior. This company I called and he was out of town and even answered my call. I told him what was going on and he came out a couple days later and looked at everything. His pricing was great! They even installed the new one at 4:00 on a Saturday. Another part had to be replaced as well and he got that taken care of as well! "Project: Landscaping, Pool Coping, Concrete Pool Overlay and Fence Staining A great company from start to finish! Alex and the team are awesome, diligent to the task, hard workers and will provide you with a wonderful and satisfying product. Alex and the team are very friendly and professional. We hired THG Lawn & Landscaping to update my shabby and out of date backyard pool area and patio deck. The work entailed removing old tree plants and stump, cleaning out the surrounding pool area and installing decomposed granite â  GORGEOUS! The work also entailed coping replacement of my pool and installation of a concrete overlay and sealant on my pool deck â  BEAUTIFUL!! I was provided a quote on site and was provide detail answers to all of my questions. We did make some revisions to the project based on availability of material, but overall, the work stuck close to the quote. Work began and was completed within 3 weeks of the start; the work was done during the hot Texas summer, but the work was still done and complete on time â  the workers were amazing. Alex kept me informed of progress along the way, and I received a beautiful backyard pool area. We have received many compliments on the pool and patio area. I enjoy my pool and patio area so much now and just bask on it in the morning times with my morning coffee. This company was one of the best companies I have ever dealt with, the immediate response to any of my emails and/or messages, the quality of the work, the professionalism of all of the employees, the courtesy of their workers are all reasons that I felt compelled to write this review. Jason, great guy and took care of every single concern that I had. Justin, very good worker and would let me know every detail of what was going on Paul, just installed a new valve for me and was quick, efficient, and very courteous Poolie quoted the resurfacing of my in ground 22,000 pool as well as replacement of a bad skimmer and gave me the best price of all of the quotes, they did the work fast and efficient, cleaned up after every visit and maintained the pool even after the pool was complete and full of water to make sure all was as I wanted it. "Contacted Jose, he came over to look at pool/spa and answered all our questions. We wanted pebble tech finish, tile at upper edge of pool, spa tile redone, and new LED light for both pool and spa. They started on a Thursday, removed three layers of surface material down to the gunite. Friday, they picked up up materials, Saturday they started the project new pebble tech and all new tiles on both spa and pool. They completed the work on Sunday, and followed up with acid wash, and daily, Jose would come by to sweep pool, add chemicals as needed, until project was complete. My wife and I can’t say enough of how our 33,000 gallon pool ended looking like new and prettier. Jose keeps you informed of process and is a very hardworking honest person who delivers a great product and customer support."

"I would recommend J and M to anyone looking for pool repairs. They remastered the pool, installed a new filter system and painted the deck. The cost was below what I had been expecting to pay. Juan estimated the job and the estimate for several things that could add to the cost if they had to be done. Fortunately, they didn't have to do any additional work. "Mike and Matt are great at what they do. It took Pool and Patio Pros of Texas only 10 days from start to finish to redo my pool. I had tile, coping, and plaster redone. "Juan was a pleasure to work with. He was very responsive in communication. He worked with me on price the best he could. He was also very helpful in dealing with our home owners insurance. His guys are hard workers and they did a fantastic job in record time. The longest part was waiting out the liner and other parts to come in. Once everything arrived they were very fast and efficient. Everything looks beautiful. I was so lucky to find Juan. I had an inground vinyl liner installed, our skimmer replaced, liner coping replaced, some plumbing and our entire pool deck repainted. The coping and skimmer was a big job as he had to cut the pool deck to replace it. Once he was done, you cannot tell that it had been cut at all. A perfect match on the deck texture and they did a fantastic job repainting my entire deck. Everything looks beautiful and brand new. And he offers a seven year guarantee on any repairs he does.
