"We have used Lakewood Restoration for extensive work on two homes in Dallas now; the first was a 3200 sq. ft single family 4b/3.5b home, the second is a townhome 2600 sq. ft. 3b/2.5 b. Although we originally hired Brian for his carpentry/design skills (he built a bench with storage to match kitchen cabinets and create eat-in area), we were so impressed with quality that we rehired his team later to do three bathrooms, to replace flooring, to build master bdrm closet, and to update in general when we were preparing to sell. In our current home we hired them to replace all flooring, most light fixtures and sinks, and to paint all the walls; as they worked, they identified other issues that were hidden, like a pipe in the wall damaged in the 2021 freeze. I recommend them highly for the quality of their work and for their skill at communicating with clients; they are trustworthy and considerate of your time and space."

"We decided to replace our fence that faces the front of our house with a Trex fence. From our first contact with Alan, he was very professional and courteous. He gave us a quote and we decided to hire him. He and his team arrived on time and began to work promptly. They did a fabulous job and cleaned up, then removed all of the old fence. Also it was over 105 degrees today. They worked constantly and were done on time. We have a few more projects and you better believe that we will be calling him again!"

"Ceasar was extremely professional throughout the project. Always on time and the one time he was late he sent me a text to inform me. He and his crew did a fantastic job protecting our floors and furniture. They even moved the furniture for us and put it back! They cleaned up before leaving for the day. I hired Ceasar when another painter flaked out on me at the last minute. I called Ceasar and he came out the same day to assess the work. He provided me a very fair price for the work. We had major balcony issues when we were trying to paint our house, rotten wood, cracked concrete on our upstairs balcony. "I met Dennis, the owner of Roll City Painting, when I was looking for someone to repair the trim around my garage door. I did not realize at the time that instead of a repairman, I needed a painter, and a good one. Mine is a brick house, over 20 years old. One thing led to another and I realized that not just the garage door, but all the trim around the house needed attention and a few other things besides. The crew at Roll City Painting did the entire house trim, re-stained a fence which badly needed re-staining, re-stained a pergola to match, painted a concrete patio, and even rebuilt four exterior decorative shutters that were beginning to disintegrate. The crew was competent and careful, and went out of their way to make sure it was all done right and to make sure I was satisfied. All in all, I would highly recommend this company."
