Colt and Tracy did such a great job on our pool! We are so pleased. They were reasonably priced and fast to communicate. They even gave us the reccommendation for the landscaping by Jorge Argueta, who was also incredible. Would highly recommend! Colt also stayed in touch and always helped us when we ran into a question or issue.

Colt and Scott and the team at U.S. Pool are real pros. They have a passion for quality results and took the time to do the job right. They were patient, and accommodating during the decision making and design process, and when the inevitable challenges arose, they met them admirably, addressed any questions or issues promptly and always with an eye toward quality work and customer service. Very happy with our decision to go with U.S. Pool and even more happy with the end result. We can recommend them to anyone considering a similar project. And, certainly, if the opportunity to do it all over again ever arises ...US Pool will be the first call.

I like a builder do doesnâ t cut corners

Working with Colt to build our pool was a delight. He is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain the process to you. He has a team of craftsmen who are so talented and time efficient. They completed our pool in 6 weeks! Colt only uses quality materials and has an eye for detail. I highly recommend him to build your pool. He won't disappoint you!

Our experience working with US Pool Builder was excellent. After gathering five quotes from different companies and meeting their agents to see the design proposals, Colt's presentation was, without a doubt, the most impressive, beautiful and elegant. We fell in love with his vision for our pool, but, of course, elegance comes with a higher price tag, which completely made sense in this case, because the materials and supplies suggested were of the best quality. So, for a little while during our meeting we thought it would not be possible to work with our budget and Colt's proposal. However, he was extremely kind, understanding and flexible, and was able to made a few modifications in order to find a middle point between our budget and his aesthetic vision (mostly on landscaping, he never suggested to lower the quality of the construction). This man is an artist, he built the pool of our dreams (I would even say, the end result is even better than what I had in mind) exactly within our budget. The building process itself was easy and uneventful. The contractors he works with are efficient, careful, and polite; to be honest, you don't even notice there's a construction site at your house since they clean up after themselves every day before leaving. I am trying to remember something negative during the process and other than a misunderstanding with a cement truck blocking for a minute the house of one of my neighbors, I can't think of anything else, and Colt took care of that immediately and even talked to and apologized to my friends. The post-building care is also prompt and always kind. Thanks a lot, Colt! We love, LOVE, love our pool.

Beautiful design, ahead of schedule, and Colt was always quick to respond to my calls/text/emails

Colt was amazing at helping us design our pool. We were overwhelmed with the choices of every detail when we did our own research. But he took the time to ask a lot of questions and assess our needs/goals for the pool, discuss every line item with us, and give us great recommendations. He aimed for us to be happy with the pool when it was done, and we have no regrets. We love the design he chose and the details that really work for us. Excellent communication before, during and after the pool install way exceeded my expectations. I felt like I was their only customer because Colt always promptly responded to my texts/calls/emails at any time. I never felt hesitant to reach out as my questions were always welcomed and answered. Although we ended up spending more than we initially thought, we see the value of every dollar and do not regret even one penny. US Pool built a beautiful, quality pool that will last.
